Moonbeach is a unique place to work, we have a small team of 7-8 staff, who all work together to provide our guests with their unique holiday experience. It’s far from the easiest place to work, and job descriptions are flexible in nature. With this in mind we need team players; people who like to work hard and windsurf even harder!!. Those after a 9 to 5 gig need not apply…

Currently, we’re fully staffed for the coming season. However we’re always on the look out for extra staff, and being flexible in nature, and depending on how our season shapes up we’re may well need more staff. Plus, there is always holiday cover and work experience positions available throughout the season.
